With Development Approval from Sunshine Coast Council, Yaluma Sands replaces an original 1980’s duplex, reimagined to better accommodate the evolving needs of the owners and their families.

Designed to maximise the potential of the large block, the project enhances natural light, ventilation, and connection to the coastal surroundings. Open-plan living spaces flow effortlessly into private outdoor areas, while a refined material palette and passive design strategies ensure comfort, sustainability, and longevity.
